MOTD | Nicki Minaj Inspired | The Melanin Beauty

Hey beauties! I know I've been gone for a while but that's because my skin was acting real cray cray. Now that it's clear, clean and under control, we can get back to regular degular shemuglar programming.

My MOTD is similar to my last makeup post because I'm lazy and uninspired but I promise next time I'll bring the fire. This time I went for a thicker winged liner, unintentionally I should say. It started off thin then my hand just kept going until I got the signature Nicki Minaj eyeliner look. Then just like every other trendy IG girl, I did my regular highlight/contour routine and topped it off with a candy-licious pout. Yes, I said CANDY-LICIOUS!

Side note: The NARS foundation might be my new HOLY GRAIL. I decided to go for the Trinidad shade and haven't looked back since. I still have a love/hate relationship for it because of the fact that it oxidizes halfway through the day but I can't get over how good the coverage is and the shade match. Hopefully NARS revamps the formula to actually LAST longer *fingers crossed*.

And can we take a moment to get into my highlight tho. I finally used my Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit and I was blown away. It's so pigmented and the shimmer is blinding. I didn't pack it on too much but I think next time I'm going to go full Amrezy mode.
